All service requests are subject to availability and approval. Detailed service agreements may apply and will be provided prior to the start of services.

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be confirmed in advance through our approved booking methods (online form, email, or phone).

Full payment is due before or at the time services begin unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Heavenly Paws Pet Services and its staff will take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet(s).

However, by using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Heavenly Paws Pet Services is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage incurred during the provision of our services unless resulting from proven negligence.

5. User Content and Submissions

If you submit content (such as reviews, photos, or testimonials), you grant Heavenly Paws Pet Services a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content on our website and promotional materials.
